Panel and Paint

Our Quality assured body and paint facilities offers the latest in high tech chassis straitening and panel alignment.

In order for the workshop to run at maximum efficiency, all of our work bays are aligned along the walls – paint preparation on one-side and panel repairs on the other. This leaves a completely clear space for access from the front door to the Setal Spray oven meaning we are not continually shifting vehicles to get jobs in and out. This frees up our staff to get on with the job at hand.

All major chassis and straightening work is done next door in our mechanical shop in specially allocated repair bays. We use the latest Swedish car alignment system "Car-o-Liner" , , and all of our vehicle body and panel repairs are completed by highly skilled and trained staff using the latest in modern techniques and equipment.

In the paint bays, mobile banks of infra red heaters are used to dry out undercoats thus freeing up the oven. A special priming/paint preparation booth is due to be installed early in 2005. Our computerized PPG paint matching system assures the owner of perfect colour matching and refinishing to factory specifications.

Oven Baked doesn't confine it's painting expertise to motor vehicles. We also have contracts to re-spray large medical and dental equipment as well as motorcycle tanks and other accessories.
